On May 13th the Hyde Park Chamber of
Commerce honored one of its finest. Mr. Robert Sweet was awarded The
Hyde Park Chamber of Commerce, John Paxton, Vivian Gaines Business
of the Year Award for 2010. The award recipient was honored with a
packed house at the Culinary Institute of America, St. Andrew's

Hyde Park Chamber of Commerce monthly contact breakfast, held at
the Eveready Diner in Hyde Park on March 25th. Guest speaker
was Fred Schaeffer, Chairman of the Walkway over the Hudson. In
picture is Fred Schaeffer, Dot Chenevert (1st Vice President of
the Hyde Park Chamber of Commerce) and John Coppola, (President
of the Hyde Park Chamber of Commerce). The meeting was sponsored
by Green Oak Florist.

people attended ad it was a great networking function with many door

Installation Dinner held in the Tuscan Room at Coppola’s
Restaurant of Hyde Park on January 21, 2010. List of Board
members are as follows: President John Coppola (Coppola’s
Restaurant), 1st Vice President Dot Chenevert (Green Oak
Florist), Barbara Herrmann Treasurer, Secretary Tina Payeur
(Anderson Center for Autism), Board Members: Tim Millard
(Bridge Builders Community Church), Stu Davis (S&S Vac &
Appliances), Bob Delarm (Delarm’s Auto Body), Julie Barr
(Hudson Valley Federal Credit Union), John Paxton
(Paxton-Tanner Gallery), New Board Members: Sharon Matyas
(The Culinary Institute of America), Dr. Robert Manning (Exelbert
Chiropractic), and Dave Meyerson ( Minuteman Press of Hyde
Park). Harold Mangold installed the Board members for 2010.
Liz Roger
(Rhinebeck Savings Bank) is stepping down after serving 8
years as President of the Hyde Park Chamber of Commerce.
Bob
Linville was given the President’s Volunteer of the Year
Award for 2009.
